The sad thing is that most of the shit he posts looks like fabricated screenshots.

I support their right to live and dress as they please. But do not expect me to believe it or pretend with them to believe it.

Sure. I can pick out a lot - not all - of the flavors they talk about, but what I look for is balance and character, depth of flavor, long finish. So many California wines are a caricature of wine, while no one does it better than the French. 99 times out of 100 I don't want to pay that damn much attention to a wine, just enjoy it and irrigate the food.

I have visited Disney and a few of the parks more than I would like - often because a meeting was held at a Disney property or as a "perk" from some corporate entity. As a non-parent, it is all wasted on me. Still, I had a niece who worked at Disney as Minnie Mouse. I have a brother who took his two children to Disneyworld and was viciously articulate enough to get a full refund of his family's admission to the park. They hated everything about it.

Big Food was behind this. Does anybody really think it's a coincidence that the soldier who was originally put in charge of planning the Iraq invasion was General Mills?

Odds are you will never need the below, but just maybe............ LOL If you are expecting a phone call and running out of battery on your phone, change your voice mail message to address that person. (Or if you are somewhere (broken down car) for example and running out of battery, change your voice mail to your location, etc.)

@Wim said in For the Biking People: Actually n°7 is 'Kinderdijk', meaning "children's levee". That's right. I did not notice the mis-spelling. (and did not know what it meant. LOL) [image: 1756428539149-8r3a4587-resized.jpg]

Can't believe it's already been 8 months since this video. Thanks for the update! The initial press conference provided almost no details other than the pilot had declared an emergency while in the air. Link to video Link to video

If you can ever learn anything about watching zombie movies, it's how underrated a leg injury is for survival.

@89th said in A Trip For George - Luxury Train Travel in India: Fun fact, the name Spain actually came from the phrase, "Travel is painfully slow", true story! You're really buying into the whole dad jokes thing.

It's kind of interesting that the main challenge is not to make the lung work and connect it properly, but to stop the body from rejecting it.
